Jeff Whitney is the Building Official for Grand County, Utah. Serving as the Grand County Building Official for 20 years, Whitney holds 12 certifications from the International Code Council. He is Past President of the Utah Chapter of the International Code Council. Whitney is the Director for Board Section C that includes the states of Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas, and Utah, and the nation of Mexico.
