    Confirm Your ICC Membership Information to Vote at Code Hearings, ABM

    The Code Council’s Annual Conference and Group B Final Action Hearings (Administrative, IECC, IPMC,  IRC – Energy, and IZC) are scheduled to begin Oct. 25 in Charlotte, N.C. In accordance with Council Policy 28, new and updated membership information must be received no less than 10 days prior to the first day of the meeting in order for members to exercise their voting privileges, both for the Annual Business Meeting and the Final Action Hearings. The membership deadline for this meeting is close of business on Oct. 15.

Welcome to the Engineering Building Science Community of Interest!  Our Community exists as a meeting place for ICC members who share a common interest in:

  • Information on the International Building Code (IBC) with focus on topics of interest such as structural design (load combinations, dead loads, live loads, snow loads, wind loads, soil lateral loads, rain loads, flood loads and earthquake loads).
  • Tips and techniques that others have encountered or addressed as it relates to working with alternative materials, design and methods of construction.
  • Sharing with others information about local, state or national issues related to soils and foundations; concrete; aluminum; masonry; steel; wood; glass and glazing; and gypsum board and plaster.
  • Other related topics that are of interest.
