Why Should you File a Chapter Annual Report?
Filing an annual report is the responsibility of every chapter as required by the chapter policy (CP-10-04).
Submitting a chapter annual report by the deadline, allows the chapter to remain in good standing and to qualify for full chapter benefits.
It ensures that we have the most up-to-date contact information for chapter officers and provides us with important information about the chapter, such as changes in bylaws/constitution, member information, and geographical area of coverage.
With the timely submission of the annual report, the chapter qualifies for a complimentary registration for the President to this year’s annual conference in Phoenix AND a Chapter Education Benefit for the coming year (2012).
Only chapters who are in good standing can participate in the Chapter of the Year Competition (COTY) or the Chapter Rewards Program.
