    Greetings Community Participants! 

    Since we launched our new website, we’ve been working on archiving our previous bulletin board.     Home Building in Dallas-Fort Worth Jumps 32 Percent in Third Quarter

    Oct. 8--The pace of home building in Dallas-Fort Worth picked up in the third quarter from the previous quarter, but construction is still below last year's level, according to the Dallas-based real estate research firm Residential Strategies.

  • Non-structural building code issues of interest  that impact the building industry, including: permits and inspections, construction types, occupancies, fire safety, means of egress
  • Structural building code issues of interest that impact the building industry, including: structural design (wind snow seismic and other), material standards and design (concrete masonry steel wood and other)
  • Evaluations of building materials and methods of construction for code compliance
  • Certifications (builder, contractor, inspector, other)
