Governmental Member
Government/Municipality (includes agencies, departments & units) engaged in administration, formulation or enforcement of laws, regulations or ordinances relating to public health, safety and welfare.
A Governmental Member may designate 4-12 voting representatives (based on population) who are employees or officials of that governmental member and are actively engaged full or part-time in the administration, formulation or enforcement of laws, regulations or ordinances relating to public health, safety and welfare. Corporate Member
An organization such as an association, society, testing laboratory, institute, company, manufacturer or corporation, interested in the purposes and objectives of the Council. Any government organization not meeting the criteria of a Governmental Member as described in Section 2.1.1 of the ICC bylaws may also join as a Corporate Member.
