International Code Council members will receive a 20% discount off the retail price when they purchase OptaSoft's Commercial Building Inspector software. OptaSoft Commercial Building Inspector software uses artificial intelligence to automate the building plan review process. OptaSoft provides a free two-week demonstration of the software available for download. The software runs off of a Windows platform, and is compatible with Windows 98 and newer versions. It requires 256 megabytes of RAM, a minimum of 40 megabytes of hard disk space and a CD-ROM drive.
The International Code Council, a membership association dedicated to building safety and fire prevention, develops the codes used to construct residential and commercial buildings, including homes and schools. Most U.S. cities, counties and states that adopt codes choose the International Codes developed by the International Code Council.
