Overview of eCodes Download 

eCodes PDF Download allows customers quick access to their purchased information. Each eCodes PDF Download is an electronic version of a product that can be downloaded to your computer or laptop. We offer both Mac and Window formats in Adobe PDF format. You will be able to install this software no more than two times as provided in the license agreement.

Here are some important elements when buying and using eCodes PDF Download:

  • Each eCodes PDF Download product file is protected from duplication by ProtectedPDFTM and requires Adobe® Reader® 8.0 or later. You can download the latest free version of Adobe Reader at www.adobe.com. No additional software is required.
  • Installation of the document can be on a single computer with two different login names or on two different computers. This allows you to have your codes both on your desktop computer and on a laptop. Neither concurrent use on two or more computers nor use in a local area network or other network is permitted.
  • In order to verify that you are the intended recipient of the document, you need to be online to unlock the document for the first time.
  • To receive your purchased eCodes PDF Download(s), you are required to login to our secure server and register your purchased copy.
  • These PDF downloads are digitally protected by ProtectedPDFTM and require you to unlock your document on your computer. Your product requires a serial number or unlock code. Please make note of the number displayed in your Order details for future reference. A confirmation email will be sent to you that will also supply this information.
  • You only have two attempts to download your eCodes PDF Download order before having to contact customer support.
  • Some documents are then allowed to be viewed offline for a time that has been predetermined by your publisher.
  • You have 30 days to download your purchase. Please save a backup copy to a ZIP drive, CD or DVD, etc., of the file(s) that you downloaded in case you have computer or hard disk problems.
