We offer Domestic and International Shipping; as well as Express Shipping. Our default shipping method for online orders is Domestic Standard Shipping by FedEx Ground. For International Orders our default shipping is FedEx Ground for Canada & Mexico and USPS Airmail or Express Mail for other countries.

The Shipping costs appearing in your Shopping Cart are calculated based on the rates listed below.

Deliveries to remote areas may be delayed.

To minimize fraudulent orders, we may also require a fax or scan via e-mail with the copy of the credit card, passport or local identification card and a copy of the latest credit card statement.

International Delivery may include additional fees imposed by your local Customs office – such as duties and/or taxes. These additional fees are not covered by International Code Council’s shipping and handling cost and you are responsible for these costs; as well as, that the product can lawfully be imported to the destination country. If you have any questions regarding these fees, please contact your local Customs Office, as they can provide you with all the necessary information regarding customs fees.

You can change the default Shipping Method by calling or emailing our Customer Service department, after you have submitted your order. • Standard Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO by U.S. Postal Service (10-15 Business Days) Costs based on United States Postal Service rates, order weight and shipping address zip code.

Express Shipping is Available

Express shipping is available for an additional charge. We offer FedEx Next Business Day and 2-business day express options for deliveries within the United States; with Saturday delivery having limited availability in rural areas. Express shipping costs are based on weight and zip code. Generally, Express delivery costs add another 25% to 30% to your purchase order total and we need a credit card number to cover the extra cost. To request immediate Express Shipping within the United States, call 1-800-786-4452 toll-free Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. (Central Time zone) for shipments to be sent the same day you call. All other requests for Express Shipping within the United States can be sent by email [order@iccsafe.org], or call 1-800-786-4452 Monday – Friday between 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Central Time zone) and will be processed by the end of our next business day. Please include your Customer number and Order number in your request, for quicker processing.

To request International Express Shipping, you can call 001-708-799-2300 x33801 Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Central Time zone), email [order@iccsafe.org]  or fax 001-708-799-4981 us your request. You can use your own FedEx or UPS Accounts to cover the costs for Express Shipping of your order; or, you can pay the extra charges to us using a credit card.

We do not guarantee a delivery date on International Express Shipping because orders shipped outside of the United States are subject to customs inspection and fees. Customs policies vary from country to country. Please contact your local Customs office for more information.
