04. Field Inspection 35%

Evaluate site for soil conditions excavation and public protection with the code and approved plans.
 
  0402. Foundation Inspection
Evaluate footings and foundation with the code and approved plans.
 
  0403. Structural Frame Inspection
Evaluate structural frame with the code and approved plans.
 
  0404. Building Envelope Inspection
Evaluate building envelope, insulation and finishes with the code and approved plans.
 
  0405. Electrical Inspection
Evaluate electrical installation with the code and approved plans.
 
  0406. Plumbing Inspection
Evaluate plumbing installation with the code and approved plans.
 
  0407. Mechanical Inspection
