DescriptionThis course reviews the plumbing requirements of the 2012 International Residential Code (IRC®). The details provided will enhance your understanding of the plumbing terminology, equipment, materials and methods of installation as related to residential construction. This seminar concentrates on the plumbing portion of the IRC. It covers the minimum requirements for residential plumbing inspections. You will also discuss major portions of a residential plan. During this training participants will experience lecture, hear relevant examples, and participate in group discussions pertaining to a residential plumbing inspections. Participants will also participate in activities that involve a checklist for performing residential plumbing inspections.
