Volunteers are one of the most important assets of the International
Code Council.
Volunteers submit code changes during the International Code
development process. Volunteers serve on the different councils
and committees. Volunteers lead our Board of Directors and
set the course for this organization.
The work of volunteers is invaluable to the work of the International
Code Council. It takes the help of many individuals to develop
the building safety and fire prevention codes that are adopted
and enforced by so many jurisdictions across the United States
and in other nations.
Your time and expertise are what make the International Code
Council. Thank you for helping to protect the health, safety
and welfare of people by creating better buildings and safer
communities.
We appreciate your work.
Sincerely,
James L. Witt
Chief Executive Officer
