Update for HMEx software (self-extracting archive)

Instructions:

1. Download the file.
2. Launch it on your computer.
3. The program will be HMEX Assistant version 1.3. It will open a window and ask you where to install the file. The default is C:\HMEX. If you installed HMEX on the C:\ drive under than name then simply accept the default. If you have installed the program elsewhere give the instruction as to where to find the program.
4. Then run it on your computer to patch the HMEx software.
