Code Development: Public Proposal, Floor Modification and
Public Comment Forms
These forms have been updated and are identified as being
specific to the 2007/2008 Code Development Cycle. Be sure
to discard all older versions and use these current
versions for your submittals for the 2007/2008 Code Development
Cycle.
Submittals of Public Proposals & Public Comments ICC prefers to receive all submittals of Public Proposals
and Public Comments as a document(s) attached to an e-mail.
Each Public Proposal or Public Comment should be saved as
a separate document. Attach your separate Public Proposal
or Public Comment to an e-mail, and send it to the applicable
office as shown on the back page of the Public Proposal or
Public Comment Form (download below).
COPYRIGHT RELEASE When submitting Public Proposals, Floor Modifications
to Public Proposals and Public Comments, please print a copy
of one of the ICC Copyright Release forms, fill in the requested
information, and send the signed form to ICC. Only one executed
form is required for the 2007/2008 cycle—unless multiple

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING MS WORD FORMAT
FORMS
To use the MS Word format forms for submitting Public
Proposal and Public Comments electronically, point at
the "WORD" link, RIGHT click, choose "Save
Target As", and save the document as you choose.
You can then rename the document for each separate Public
Proposal or Public Comment you submit. Each Public Proposal
or Public Comment should be submitted as a separate
attachment to an e-mail.
