Testing of remote voting will continue during the final action
hearings in Rochester. This will be a non-binding test as
the Code Council continues to test remote voting. Details
on how to participate in the remote voting test for the final
action hearings will be posted here soon. Please check back
often.
This is only a test the voting at the Rochester
final action hearings will be limited to the eligible voters
in attendance at the hearings.
Several ICC Board members, staff and
representatives from the Task Force on Hearings and
the Steering Committee participate in a test of remote
voting held on April 17th. Testers include (from left)

and Board members John LaTorra, Gerry George (seated),
Adolf Zubia and Manager of Codes Dave Bowman.
