ICC/ANSI A117
 The Accredited Standards Committee A117 on Architectural Features and Site Design of Public Buildings and Residential Structures for Persons with Disabilities has held 5 meetings to develop the Third Public Comments Draft of ICC/ANSI A117.1-2008, Accessible and Usable Buildings and Facilities, dated October 2008.
The Third Public Comments Draft was made available for public comment in October 2008 and received approximately 25 comments. The A117 Accredited Standards Committee considered these comments during their sixth meeting held January 5, 2009, which resulted in substantive changes to the draft standard. These changes have been compiled in the Forth Public Comments Draft dated May 2009. Public comments are requested only on the strike-out/underline portions of the Forth Pubic Comments Draft. The public comment deadline is July 5, 2009.
