The First
Public Comments Draft Standard for Residential Construction
in High Wind Regions, dated November 2006, was made available
for public comment in November 2006 and received over 150
comments. The IS-HRC Committee considered these comments during
their February/March 2007 meetings, which resulted in several
substantive changes to the draft standard. These changes have
been compiled in the Second Public Comments Draft Standard
for Residential Construction in High Wind Regions. Public
Comments are requested only on the text revisions contained
in the Second Public Comments Draft Standard, dated April
2007.
