The Second Public Comments Draft Standard for Residential Construction in High Wind Regions, dated April 2007 was made available for public comment in May 2007. The IS-HRC Committee considered the public comments during their August 2007 meeting, which resulted in several substantive changes to the draft standard. These changes have been compiled in the Third Public Comments Draft Standard for Residential Construction in High Wind Regions. Public Comments are requested only on the text revisions contained in the Third Public Comments Draft Standard, dated November 2007. The public comments deadline is December 31, 2007.
