The following organizations were granted chapter status by
ICC's Board of Directors on May 13, 2005. To view a map of

Brazos Valley Chapter, a new organization with 32 members, was established
to expand ICC chapter services to west Houston, Texas, and several counties in
the area. President Glenn Landrum is hopeful the creation of the Brazos Valley
chapter will increase code adoptions and resulting in better compliance.
Downriver Association of Code Officials (DRACO) began with eight people
in 1988 and has grown to 148 dues-paying members covering southeast Michigan.
The chapter's goal is to teach and discuss the building codes so its members can
be better inspectors, plan reviewers and building officials for the communities
they represent.
New York State Building Officials Conference, Capital District Chapter
is comprised of more than 300 code enforcement and fire officials from several
counties in central eastern New York. President Robert Cordell has been an active
supporter of New York's adoption of the 2003 International Codes.
North Carolina County Fire Marshal's Association provides a unified
voice concerning code enforcement, fire protection and life safety throughout
the state. Granted statewide chapter status, this group has more than 200 members
representing North Carolina's fire marshals and fire code officials.
