here. The following are reports of recent regional activities.
Region VI held a conference call on December 19, 2005.
A draft set of bylaws is nearing completion, which will then
be sent to all chapter presidents in the region for ratification.
Once ratified, Region VI plans to submit a chapter application
for review to the ICC Board of Directors. Contact

Region VII will hold their next meeting on January
26, 2006, at the Four Points by Sheraton in Hagerstown, MD.
Their executive committee consists of Chairman Shahriar Amiri
(Montgomery County, MD), Richard Truitt (Harford County, MD),
William R. Bryant (Anne Arundel County, MD), Dan Divito (Washington
County, MD), Raymond Dressler (Borough of Montvale, NJ), John
Terry (State of New Jersey), Gary Lewis (City of Summit, NJ),
Michael A. Schaffer (Building Inspection Underwriters, NJ),
Lee Milligan (Upper Providence Township, PA), Jeff Frazier
(Town of McCandless, PA), Guy Tomberlin (Land Development
Services, VA), Rick Witt (County of Chesterfield, VA), Kris
Bridges (City of Martinsville, VA) and David Diamantes (VA).

Region VIII will hold their next meeting on January
27, 2006, at the Homebuilders Association Building located
at 3221 Old Harrison Pike, Chattanooga, TN. Hotel accommodations

ICC Region X Coalition held a meeting on November
18, 2005. The existing Executive Board, which consists of
Chair Randy Childers, Vice-Chair Donnie Moore and Secretary/Treasurer
Steve Cattaneo, was re-elected to serve another term. The
new ICC Chapter Rewards program was discussed. A list of issues
was compiled and forwarded to ICC chapter staff for consideration.
The next meeting is March 10, 2006, at 10:30 a.m. in McAlester,
