More than 145 housing and code enforcement professionals attended the recent
2005 Property Maintenance and Housing Institute held in Chicago.
The Institute was sponsored by several ICC Chapters: Illinois Association
of Code Enforcement, Code Enforcement Association of Texas, Minnesota
Association of Housing Code Officials, Michigan Association of Housing
Officials, Code Enforcement Officers Association of Palm Beach County,
