There are a number of web sites that provide up-to-the-minute conversion rates and currency calculators. One example is CNNfn. In the end, we only accept payment in U.S. dollars (see next question). But when you use a credit card, your bank will use a current exchange rate and sites like the CNNfn site will give you a reasonably accurate picture of the situation when you place your order.
Simply use a credit card. Your bank will automatically convert our charges to your account (which are in U.S. dollars) to your currency at the going rate.
When you place a web order to be delivered to most foreign countries, you are automatically charged either 20% of the subtotal for Canada and Mexico, or $20 plus 20% for orders to all other countries. This should roughly cover postage via the UPS Ground (Canada and Mexico),USPS Airmail or USPS Express Mail. Delivery time is usually 2-3 weeks, but can stretch to as long as 3-5 weeks for some locations. Express delivery via UPS and FedEx is available for an additional charge. Please e-mail your request to order@iccsafe.org or call us at 913-888-0304 and ask to speak to a customer service representative (1-800-786-4452 toll-free from the United States). We will provide a specific cost for express delivery. Express delivery costs are typically between 25% and 30% of the order total. After an agreement has been made on the shipping charge, we would need your credit card number to cover the extra cost. Due to the number of fraudulent orders to certain countries, we may also require a fax or scan via e-mail with the copy of the credit card, passport or local identification card and a copy of the latest credit card statement..
