The basic answer is yes. If you are a member of ICC, you can
usually bill your member account. Normal shipping charges apply. Members
can also choose to pay their orders with a credit card. However, not all
Member accounts are set up to handle such charges. If you have questions

If you are not a member of ICC, your order must be prepaid with a credit card. At this time, we cannot accept checks for web orders nor can we bill non-members for web orders.
There are two possibilities. One is that you actually
have open order invoices which are due. If you would like to know what
items are open and what your credit limit is, please call the membership
department for information. The other possibility is that an error has
occurred in our database. Membership department staff members can fix
the error immediately over the telephone toll-free at 1-888-ICC-SAFE,
ext. 33804, or within one business day via
e-mail.
