There are a number of reasons why your order may not go through.
Your browser may have difficulty sending the encrypted information to
our server. The bank may be experiencing problems with its network or
payment processor. Our server may be experiencing problems with our network.
If your screen remains frozen for more than a couple of minutes, please
e-mail us or call us toll-free
at 1-800-786-4452 between 8am and 7pm (CT), and we'll try to rectify the
situation immediately.
If everything goes smoothly, the server will confirm your credit card information and deliver you to a Receipt Page. This page lists your order, your payment and shipping options. It also lists your Web Order Number should you need to contact Customer Service for any reason.
Simply send an e-mail to order@iccsafe.org
and describe what went wrong. It would help greatly if you include the
web Order Number in the subject line of your message (it's on the confirmation
page after your order goes through). Tell us what the mistake is and what
you'd like us to do: Cancel the order? Change the quantity? Change the
publication to another title? We will correct your mistake and process
the order, and adjust your charges accordingly. If you'd like to speak
to someone (during business hours) instead of sending the e-mail, you
can also call our Customer Service department at 1-800-786-4452 between
8am and 7pm (CT).
