For domestic orders in the contiguous 48 states, ICC charges for shipping and handling based on the following table (Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. possessions as well as foreign shipping are listed separately):

How long will it be before I get my order?

We typically ship via UPS or FedEx Ground. For most orders, you should expect to receive your shipment within 5-10 business days. [This timetable is for domestic orders; click for foreign orders.]

I need my order immediately. I want to have it shipped by Priority Mail or overnight mail. How can I make this happen?

Express delivery is available, but is not yet integrated into the web site. For now, please call 1-800-786-4452 between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm (CT) after you place your order. A Customer Service representative can help expedite your order, although you will be responsible for any additional charges. NOTE: All U.S. mail packages, including Priority or overnight mail, will go out with our normal postal pick-up; we are not able to run separate errands the Post Office after our regular pick-up time has passed each day.

Please call 1-800-786-4452 between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm (CT) after you place your order. A Customer Service representative can help expedite your order, although you will be responsible for any additional charges. Please be aware that cut-off for same day expedited shipment is 2:30 pm (CT).

Foreign Orders:

How do you handle shipping to foreign countries?

This should roughly cover postage via the UPS Ground (Canada and Mexico),USPS Airmail or USPS Express Mail. Delivery time is usually 2-3 weeks, but can stretch to as long as 3-5 weeks for some locations. Express delivery via UPS and FedEx is available for an additional charge. Please e-mail your request to order@iccsafe.org or call us at 913-888-0304 and ask to speak to a customer service representative (1-800-786-4452 toll-free from the United States). We will provide a specific cost for express delivery. Express delivery costs are typically between 25% and 30% of the order total. After an agreement has been made on the shipping charge, we would need your credit card number to cover the extra cost. Due to the number of fraudulent orders to certain countries, we may also require a fax or scan via e-mail with the copy of the credit card, passport or local identification card and a copy of the latest credit card statement.

What if my country charges taxes, customs fees, or VAT (Value Added Tax) on imported merchandise?

We are not able to determine which country charges them or not. If you are not sure, please consult your country's Customs agency. We are not responsible for these charges. If you receive the package and are required to pay such fees, do not refuse delivery as we will not refund your order amount. This is governed by each country and we will not issue refunds for refused packages. We have received many calls from Canadian customers regarding custom fees and VAT taxes. Please consult your customs agency for these charges before placing your order.
