Assistance Available to Jurisdictions Affected by Wildfires.

As jurisdictions in Tennessee and other Southern states combat wildfires in the region, assistance is available through the International Code Council’s Disaster Response Network. The network provides building safety professionals an opportunity to volunteer to help affected jurisdictions with building damage assessments, building inspections and other code-related functions. Jurisdictions can request a list of volunteers who can help with post-disaster efforts by calling 888-ICC-SAFE (888-422-7233), ext. 5238.
