 Governance Review Ad Hoc Committee
Scope:This committee is charged to review information on the various approaches to governance for the organization. The committee would review all proposals submitted to the committee and analyze the information with information provided to the Board of Directors for consideration in determining if a modification of the governance of the International Code Council is appropriate. This Committee would be chaired by the Vice President and report it’s findings periodically to the Board with the intent of delivery of an interim report to the membership at the Sacramento California Meeting. The final report would be submitted to the Board and the membership in the Building Safety Journal for consideration at the September 2006 Annual Meeting. The report may include any recommendations for amendment or retaining the current governance protocol.
