Hoc Committee
Scope: This committee is charged with exploring what current or potential members would value in the way of benefits and needs from the ICC. The ICC membership has been patient while the association worked to get the ICC up and running. In order to improve the basic value proposition and identify what members need and want from the ICC in the way of benefits, products and services, the committee with the assistance of staff should use accepted business practices to gather data. The committee should look at what members need to promote public safety, what ICC can afford, and what members would be willing to pay for. The committee will be composed of a cross-section of ICC membership, Board members and staff similar to our Governance Review Ad-Hoc Committee. The committee will be chaired by the Vice-President and report it’s findings periodically to the Board. The President and CEO shall serve as an ex-officio member of the committee.
