 Resolutions Committee
Scope: The Resolutions Committee is tasked with preparing, and presenting to the ICC Board and the ICC Membership, those resolutions required by the ICC Bylaws and those Resolutions necessary to the operation of ICC business. The committee is to review and make recommendations on any resolution properly brought forth. Resolutions for proposed bylaw revisions are to be coordinated with the Bylaws Committee.
