David Kellar, Secretary for the Middle Tennessee Code
Officials Association, passed
away November 21. He served as building inspector for
the City of Tullahoma, Tennessee. Kellar requested of his
wife, Denice, that the chapter members be invited to the memorial
service. The chapter, as well as the Tennessee Building
Officials Association, was very important to Kellar and
he enjoyed being involved in both organizations. The Code
Council extends its deepest sympathies to the Kellar family.
