International Code Council Vice President Steve Shapiro, Senior Advisor Dave Conover and Executive Director of Plumbing and Mechanical Activities Jay Peters attended the Virginia Plumbing & Mechanical Inspectors Association 44th Annual School of Instruction April 5-7 at the Virginia Beach Resort. During the event, new officers were installed for the chapter, which included President Dennis Martinelli, Vice President John Mills, Secretary Mike Clift, Treasurer Wayne Kushner and Executive Secretary Geary Showman.
