In his first chapter visit as ICC Board President, Wally
Bailey attended the Ontario Building Officials Association
Annual Meeting and Training Session. Wally spoke to the membership
about his goals for the upcoming year and talked about the
partnerships between ICC and its Canadian chapters. OBOA Past
President Garry Davis said, "Wally represented a committed
ICC and this will bear positive results in the future."
During its meeting, OBOA sealed a time capsule to be opened
during the 2031 annual meeting. Wally contributed greetings
on behalf of ICC and an address to the delegates in 2031.
The greeting was bound in a leather portfolio with a historic
ICC medallion.
