Q. What do I have to do to vote at the Final Action Hearings in Rochester?
A. You need to have correct information in your membership record. You are strongly urged to check your membership record now, or at least ten (10) days before the start of the hearings, to make sure the info is correct. For the Final Action Hearings in Rochester, that would be no later than May 11. While you can attend the hearings without checking your record, and register on site to obtain your voting credentials, if there are errors in the record, you will not be able to vote.

Q. If I am a current member, do I need to check my membership record?
A. All voting members are strongly encouraged to view their membership record for accuracy well in advance of any public hearing so that any necessary changes can be made before the new 10-day deadline in CP-28. If you want to make sure you can vote at the Final Action Hearings in Rochester, it is to your advantage to check your membership record information. If there is wrong information in the record, you will not be able to vote.
