The International Code Council officially opened its new
world headquarters in Washington, D.C. The move into a Leadership
in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certified building
in the nation's Capitol will elevate the Code Council's profile,
according to ICC CEO Rick Weiland, and enhance relationships
with the federal government and national and international
organizations.
