Registrations are taken up to the first day of the institute.

Overview
The Property Maintenance and Housing Institute is a unique
opportunity for building officials and administrators of code
enforcement departments to exchange up-to-date information
about issues of mutual interest. Panelists will make brief
presentations before the floor opens for discussion. The interaction
between participants and panelists creates a valuable learning
experience.

Instruction: 8:30 am-4:00 pm
Continuing Education
Attend this ICC institute and earn ICC CEUs, AIA Learning
Units (LUs) and Health Safety and Welfare credit (HSW)*
While this ICC institute does not specifically prepare individuals
for an ICC certification examination, it does serve as an
excellent opportunity to earn CEUs towards renewing any ICC
Certification or preparation for career advancement.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be received in writing in order to receive a refund. Refunds are subject to a processing fee. There will be NO REFUNDS for cancellations received one calendar week prior to the scheduled training event.
International Code Council reserves the right to cancel any training event having insufficient registrations. If that occurs, all prepaid fees will be refunded in full. International Code Council cannot be responsible for any losses resulting from the cancellation of a training event.
