What type of seminars are in the Update
Series?
This series includes half-day and full-day
seminars (3 or 6 contact hours/ 0.3 or 0.6 CEUs). Appropriate
for design, construction, fire, inspection and other professionals
with an intermediate- through advanced-level
of code knowledge and on-the-job experience.
Half-day seminars focus on major changes from the
2003 to the 2006 edition of a specific I-Code. A valuable
handout will serve as a reference during half-day seminars
and is intended to be referenced back-on-the job.
Full-day seminars assists code users in identifying
the code changes that have occurred between the 2003 to
2006 edition of a specific I-Code with focus on the reasons
behind those changes selected due to their frequency of application,
special significance or change in application. A comprehensive
textbook with over 250 pages of analysis of the impact of
each change will be referenced in each full-day seminar.
