Sam Dardano Sam has served a five year term as the President of the Colorado Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials. He teaches entry to advanced level mechanical courses. His career includes 30 years in the HVAC trades, with 11 years as a Mechanical Plans Examiner and the Chief Mechanical Inspector for the City of Boulder, Colorado. He is a past member of the IMC Interpretation Committee and a present member of the IMC Code Change Committee.
