The second step in the online voting process to resolve the voting issues at the 2015 Group A Public Comment Hearings will remain open through 11:59p.m. Pacific on Monday, Feb. 1. The first step in the process to vote on committee action (or eligible public comments depending on the committee action) from the 2015 Committee Action Hearings ended on Jan. 25. View the results.

Eligible voters are limited to those who were issued an electronic voting device at the PCH in Long Beach, Calif. The two-step electronic voting process applies only to code changes for the following codes, in PCH hearing order: International Swimming Pool and Spa Code (ISPSC), International Fuel Gas Code (IFGC), International Plumbing Code (IPC), International Residential Code (IRC) — Plumbing, IRC — Mechanical, International Mechanical Code (IMC), International Property Maintenance Code (IPMC), International Existing Building Code(IEBC), International Building Code (IBC) — Egress and IBC — Fire Safety code changes FS 1 through FS 63.

Following step two, the results will be audited and posted online. These results, combined with the Long Beach PCH results for those code change actions determined by the Moderator, will be the basis to conduct the Online Governmental Consensus Vote that is scheduled for Feb. 8-21.
