I remember my mother talking about one note norton.. or something like that.. sang the Star Spangled Banner in one note..

Anyway, Randy. this is a code forum, not a design or best practice forum.. whatever it is you are attempting to hawk on the forum has been noted or dismissed by most of us.
Thanks for playing

Love the picture!

I was thinking about just cutting away his power cord. If anyone ever played with CB radios as a kid/teen, and you had that one bad kid with 500 watts that harrassed everyone, we would ....... :p
Randy said:..... and yes, the ICC and the IBC are Adopted here,
Interesting statement, Scottsdale has adopted a corporation, wonder if they went though the state or a private adoption agency?

Scottsdale has the most per capita Custom Homes, Art Galleries, Posh Restaurants, etc; in the nation, and I Plans Examined over four thousand, and helped construct over five thousand of these 2,500 sf and larger Custom Homes over the years. Entertainers and Pro Athletes know mr better than you, the ICC, and even the Scottsdale Police and Fire Department Personnel, FYI.

Scottsdale is the Beverly Hills and Rodeo Drives of Arizona, many Pro-Athletes, Industrialists, Entertainers, etc; reside in the City.

CBOBOGS; Marcopa County, State of Arizona, United States of America, and yes, the ICC and the IBC are Adopted here, in this "town" of 300,000+ Citizens, located on the eastern border of Phoenix, Az; mostly wildly wealthy, and very influential in the National Community Development Industry!! Be verrrrrrrryyy nice.

"All structural issues and aspects of buildings cross-relate to any and all other issues/aspects of the same said building." - Dave Potter, B.O., City of Scittsdale, Az. quote in 1995, to Randy Dube, Probation Employee, Building Safety Plans Examiner.

I couldn''t argue with him, even if he wasn''t my boss at the time.
