It says plainly in the UNIFORM PLUMBING CODE ' A WATER CLOSET MUST BE THE FARTHEST DOWN STREAM FIXTURE ON A HORIZONTAL WET VENT SYSTEM" But it doesn't specify that in the INTERNATIONAL PLUMBING CODE" So does the toilet have to be the farthest fixture down stream or not? I've spent a lot of time trying to find out, so if someone has a definitive answer on this I would be extremely grateful.
