I installed a door from High Tech Pet Co. (Large Model - PX-2). I installed it through a standard insulated metal door - wasn't too bad a job. It has been going up and down about 10 times a day for three years now so I would endorse it. It takes a little while for the dog to figure it out but if my dumb dog can do it yours can too. The only issue with it is the replacement battery situation - the battery in the collar transmitter doesn't last too long (2-3 months) and they say you have to buy the battery through the mfr. or it will void warranties. Then they charge you 3 times the amount for a standard battery size that you can buy at the drug store. They have the battery set in the transmitter in a way that does not allow you to change it easily but there are a few you tubers that have outsmarted them and shared.

I need electronic pet door reviews. I have 3 dogs in my home. And I'm planning to install automatic dog door for my dogs convenience. They easily go outside and enter inside without any help. Therefor I researched many blogs and forums regarding this. But I didn't get any proper solutions. If anyone using pet door, please share your experiences with me and also give your valuable suggestions and guidance regarding this. It helps me a lot. Thanks in advance.
