ICC Codes and Standards Council

ICC has re-engineered the ICC Councils to better align with the Code Council’s mission and code development process. A single multidiscipline council has been established to advise the Board regarding applications for code and standard related committees and to review and provide oversight of codes and standards related procedures — CP28 and CP12 respectively. Click here for Council Policy 9 which regulates the ICC Councils and click here for additional information on ICC’s Re-engineering of the Councils.

At this time, ICC is receiving applications for members. All current Council members (IBCC, IFCC, IPMGCC and ISC), regardless of the number of terms previously served, are eligible and must reapply to be considered for appointment. Codes and Standards Council members are appointed by the ICC Board of Directors. Click here for an application. The acronym in bold is to be used to identify the Codes and Standard Council on the application.
