DESCRIPTION:The Significant Changes to the International Fire Code® 2021 Edition class is to familiarize fire officials\, building officials\, plans examiners\, fire inspectors\, design professionals\, and others with the many important changes in the 2021 International Fire Code® (IFC®). This class will assist code users in identifying the specific code changes that have occurred and\, more important\, assist them in understanding the reasoning behind the changes. It is also a valuable resource for jurisdictions in their code-adoption process. This class provides an overview of critical concepts included in the Significant Changes to the International Fire Code® 2021 Edition. The participants will learn the correct use of the code’s requirements in the design\, plan review\, inspection and analysis of projects.
