DESCRIPTION:This course provides the Residential Plumbing Code (8 hour) and OSHA safety training (10 hour) requirements for the Tradesman and/or Journeyman Texas plumbing exam. \n\nObjectives\n\nExplain the general plumbing regulations in the International Residential Code.\nDemonstrate relevant math\, blueprint\, and construction document reading.\nDescribe the basics of backflow prevention\, system sizing\, as well as boring & notching.\nDescribe the basics of recognizing\, avoiding\, and preventing workplace hazards.
