California Building Officials' Recognize ICC Board President Jay Elbettar at its annual meeting

A special Lifetime Honorary Member Award was presented to International Code Council Board President Jay Elbettar during the California Building Officials (CALBO) annual meeting. Elbettar, who served as CALBO President from 2008–2009, was recognized for his contributions to building safety at the local, state and national level.
