Michele Linbarger, CBO, is a commercial plans examiner at the Department of Building and Safety with the city of Springfield in Oregon. She is actively engaged in the Oregon Permit Technicians Association and Chemeketa Chapter of ICC, and has participated in ICC Region 2, the International Code Council’s Board of Directors Shadow Program, the ICC Emerging Leadership Council, Permit Tech Nation and teaching/training opportunities for permit technicians in Oregon.
