ICC-ES participates in university “Design Thinking” advisory board

ICC Evaluation Service (ICC-ES) President Shahin Moinian, P.E., has joined the Leadership Board for Design Thinking Executive Program at the University of California, Riverside Extension. “This is quite an honor,” Moinian commented. “It is one more step in illustrating our commitment to respond and create an improved customer experience while strategically employing a systematic approach to business growth. The Design Thinking Executive Program focuses on innovative thinking as a means of designing products and services. The project-based, interdisciplinary curriculum is designed to train and develop technical and analytical skills, as well as the leadership insights needed to move innovation initiatives forward within an organization. As a Design Thinking Advisory Board member, Moinian will provide input and leadership through classroom visits, forums and conferences, and by actively participating in student coaching opportunities.
