CUSTOMERENGAGEMENT

At the International Code Council, our members and customers are our highest priorities, driving us to deliver exceptional customer experiences. In 2023, we welcomed new members and chapters into our community. We introduced opportunities for mentoring, networking and professional development, empowering building safety professionals to advance their careers. Our new learning management system and ICC Learn Live webinars provided new ways to expand industry knowledge, and we celebrated the accomplishments of our members, including 70 new master code professionals. Additionally, we expanded our support for jurisdictions in accessing federal grant opportunities. The Code Council is proud to champion its thousands of members as they diligently work to ensure our safety. Here’s a review of how we engaged with and supported our members and customers throughout 2023.
