Safe communities don’t happen by chance, they are the result of dedicated professionals who use codes and standards alongside years of experience and education to ensure safety and resiliency in the buildings where we live, work, learn and play.

Each year the International Code Council provides an opportunity for you to recognize your colleagues for the important work they do by highlighting their achievements in leadership, innovation and community service.

The 2023 Code Council Awards Program is now open and accepting nominations through March 5, 2023. We encourage you to fill out a nomination form for one or more of the following awards:

This year we’ll also be presenting a new award – the W. Scott Copp Chapter Leadership Award – to a Chapter Officer who serves as a champion of the Code Council mission and inspires others to become Code Council leaders.
