Out of Cycle Changes to Material Properties
The International Code Council’s Code Development Process (cdp) includes updates to standards referenced in codes. Sometimes the changes are not synchronized with the cdp schedule. When this occurs, the ICC responds in two ways.
Group A, B and C Committee Responsibilities for the 2015-2017 Code Development Cycle
Group A Code Development Committees will consider code change proposals for Group A codes and part of Group B codes. Likewise Group B Code Development Committees will consider code change proposals for Group B codes and parts of Group A codes. In addition, the Administrative Code Development Committee will consider administrative updates for referenced standards for Groups A, B and C.
