Public Proposal & Public Comment Forms

These forms have been updated and are identified as being specific to the 2009/2010 Code Development Cycle. Be sure to discard all older versions and use these current versions for your submittals for the 2009/2010 Code Development Cycle.hould download the forms and save them in your computer. You can complete the top portion of the form, save it, and use it as a template for all of your separate Comments. Each Comment should be saved as a separate document.

Submittal of Public Comments

ICC prefers to receive all submittals of Public Comments as a document(s) attached to an email. Each Public Comment should be saved as a separate document. Attach your separate Public Comment to an email, and send it to the applicable office as shown on the back page of the Public Comment Form. The following are the 2009/2010 form(s) for I-Code development.

Copyright Release

When submitting Public Proposals, Floor Modifications to Public Proposals and Public Comments, please print a copy of one of the ICC Copyright Release forms, fill in the requested information, and send the signed form to ICC. Only one executed form is required for the 2009/2010 cycle—unless multiple entities are represented.

Instructions for using MS Word Format Forms

To use the MS Word format forms for submitting Comments electronically, point at the "WORD" link, RIGHT click, choose "Save Target As", and save the document as you choose. You can then rename the document for each separate Comment you submit. Each Comment should be submitted as a separate attachment to an email.
